Seminar Description:

Go beyond benchmarking with ASHRAE's Building Energy Quotient! Building EQ provides in-depth energy analysis to benchmark energy performance, actionable energy efficiency measures, and information on a building’s Indoor Environmental Quality. This program guides professionals through an ASHRAE Standard 211-compliant Level 1 Energy Audit and provides options to purchase audit reports and spreadsheets, empowering building and campus owners on how to reduce their facilities’ energy footprint.

Bio:

John Constantinide is the Chair of the ASHRAE Building Energy Quotient Committee. His work experience includes oversight of installation utility infrastructure and energy and water resilience and conservation efforts, as well as over 10 years of providing industrial, institutional, and commercial facility design for government, aviation, and health care clients. John is a Florida-licensed Professional Engineer, Certified Energy Manager, Certified Fire Protection Specialist, and LEED AP with BD+C specialization. He is a member of ASHRAE, NFPA, SAME, and the USGBC Florida Chapter, actively serving in ASHRAE TC 7.6 Building Energy Performance and TC 5.2 Duct Design.
